All right. Took another shot at SonicTeam after my crash last night. The hair and the body have been pissing me off for the last hour or so, if anyone wants to try for themselves, go ahead. SonicTeam has the traits of Sonic, wasn't sure what he'd be wearing so I drew him with a regular gi. I'm done, mouse drawing is balls.

They could all look pretty much the same, but with different hair colours and minor fatures based off sonic characters.

Yep, that's a cool idea, also, we need to change Sega or Capcom's design, they look way too much like each other.
Maybe giving Capcom a evil Shogun look (Ala Nobunaga, also Sengoku basara is a capcom IP so it would make sense!) or Sega a more intrincate attire or more tattoos

I agree, they do look similar, but capcom's DLC backpack and lack of tatoos should make him stand out. Maybe just a couple minor additions and it should be fine.

In reference to how Retro Studios has pretty much done and started its work with the entire Metroid Prime series, maybe the final design of the character should actually be female. Other than that, I really like what you've done with the other character designs.

Hey, we need more female characters anyway and that's a good way to do it without hamfisting it. I'll work on a new design soon.

I was also kinda thinking RockStar, (Take Two, and 2K too, if they're involved) could be black. Not a "hurr black crime" sort of reference, but more of a reference to how Take Two owns NBA Jam, really.

Speaking of take two and 2k, i don't see them on the list. I think I might have to make some exceptions to the "No new characters" rule, as they're too important companies to leave out.

Oops, my mistake, Take-two doesn't own NBA Jam to begin with, that's just me being retarded. EA owns it. Fuck. They own NBA 2K, though, so there's that.

Oh god ET. Well it'd be easy to design, just warp ET into some sort of a lovecraftian horror. And since it was SO bad, it'd need to be at LEAST a secret superboss.
EDIT: Also on the topic of Retro's design, I noticed it was a little bit androgenous anyway. Let's just call her a revese trap and call it a day. It works considering the whole metroid thing anyway.

Meh, I suppose so.
As for ET, I think we might have to have some reference to how all the copies of the game were buried in that one landfill so...I guess that kinda settles the type of location you'd fight him in...

Yesterday I started to make a couple more sprites and animations for Sega because for whatever reason, he`s my favorite out of the bunch. I added diagonal walking sprites, a talking animation, crossed arms and a laughing animation for the guy.
And just because, I organized all of the characters I`ve done so far on this one sheet. Yeah, yeah, there`s a lot of empty space. I`m adding more and more and I can`t be assed to crop it right now. 3 new characters I added were Capcom (He doesn't have his arm cannon out. He whips it out in battle), Atari and the Brink monster.

Some new sprites.
First off, I've done Sega's idle and punching animation for combat.
For whatever reason, it doesn't want to loop.
And next, I've added new people to the big ol' spritesheet.
As you can see, our new additions include, Square/Enix, 3 versions of model 006, Alicesoft and bit wars Nintendo and Sega.
